Foot Pain

Our feet are our foundations. They replay the postural patterns that we have unknowingly developed. With awareness and insight, we can discover how to strengthen and use our feet in beneficial ways.


Reflexology is an old form of healing dating as far back as 2330 BC. It has many known benefits such as stress relief, general pain relief, inflammation reduction, IBS support and others. 

Please note that as with most therapies, there is no "one size fits all". We are born with different levels of sensitivities and some may respond more quickly than others. Typically, most people get the best response when coming twice a week. However if the budget does not allow for this, coming once in a while is a great addition to your healing tool kit and is a nice treat for yourself!


We have become so used to our stress that we no longer recognize it as we go about our day. It is only when we notice the line between our brows getting deeper, our bodies getting sicker, and our breathing becoming non-existent that we begin to pay attention to our nervous tension. 

You cannot defeat stress with your thoughts alone because emotions do not live in your brain, they live in your body. When we become present to the moment that is happening now, our thoughts and our bodies settle down. Then that sweet, delicious relaxation can set in.
